Alcohol: 12 % Vol.

 

Cultivation

Soil: Chalky soil, sandy loam and basic pH.

Grape harvest: September 23, 2020.

 

Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation: 23 days at 12º C in stainless steel tanks.

One month of contact with the fermentation lees.

Bottled: March 2021.

 

Tasting

Pale color with golden iridescence. On the nose notes of ripe fruits (pineapple, grapefruit) and fruit stone: Apricot. In the mouth it is flavorful and fresh, at the same time as sweet. Clean and elegant finish with a fresh fragance of roses and aromatic herbs: fennel.

 

Pair with

Rice, fish, seafood, light pates and creams.
