Soil: Sandy-limestone, basic pH.

Grape harvest: late August.

 

Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation: 14 days at 23º C in stainless steel tanks.

Post-fermentation maceration: 4 days.

Aging: 9 months in French and American oak barrels.

 

Tasting

Colored legs of eternal youth. Fresh berry nose. Subtle wood with a perfect integration of licorice and licorice root. Creativity of overwhelming logic in a trunk-conical bottle.
