Cultivation

Soil: Sandy loam and limestone with the basic pH.

Grape harvest: August 20.

 

Elaboration

Aging in dolmenshaped clay amphorae for 9 months.

The porosity of this material allows microoxygenation processes to develop and the necessary evolution of the wine without altering the aromatic richness of the variety, enhancing the genuine fruitiness, its freshness and juiciness, as well as the expression of the terroir.

Production: 1,300 bottles

 

Tasting

It is an expressive red, with an intense enveloping aroma of fresh wild, red and black berries, with elegant notes of balsamic herbs and spices. Its wide and tasty mouth stands out, with volume, its slow pace and its fresh fruity finish.
